Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled or refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Due to production and processing costs that begin shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds after this 24-hour period.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on Shipping Protection or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement item.
