Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number or tracking link.

Shipping Address

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier or third-party logistics provider (3PL), we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit or after delivery. Any claims regarding lost or stolen packages will need to be filed directly with the carrier or 3PL responsible for the shipment

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, delays may occur due to customs, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the issue.

Order Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, local post office, or parcel locker first.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
